Healthy hair, long hair, full hair, charming hair, goddess hair, breakage-free hair, dandruff-free hair, etc., does not only depend on our external hair care regimen but also on what we eat and drink because no doubt, healthy gorgeous hair begins from the inside out.

Our meals, drinks, and diet contribute immensely to our hair’s overall state and in a bid to a healthy hair journey. There’s a need to adopt a healthy and balanced food routine/diet, mainly for our overall well-being.

When taken into our body, fresh smoothies nourish our system and provide us with loaded vitamins, proteins, fiber, potassium, zinc, calcium, and magnesium. These vitamins are needed for a healthy life and healthy hair growth. This green smoothie will encourage healthy hair growth and boost healthy glowing skin.

Below Are Two Simple Green Smoothie Recipes

●Method 1 Ingredients

  • 1 Banana
  • 1 handful of Spinach or Pumpkin Leaves
  • 2 cups of Milk

Directions

  • Wash the spinach of pumpkin leaves thoroughly with fresh, clean water.
  • Blend all ingredients using a smoothie maker(or a blender if you don’t have a smoothie maker).
  • You can drink it immediately or chill it in the fridge for some hours before drinking it.

●Method 2 Ingredients

  • 1 cup of Pineapple
  • 1 handful of Lettuce
  • 2 cups of Milk

Directions

  • Wash the lettuce clean, core the pineapple.
  • Blend all together with a smoothie maker or blender.
  • Blend to a refined smoothness.
  • Drink immediately or refrigerate it for some hours before drinking.

Note- You can add 2tbs of honey if you desire. Likewise, you can also use any milk of your choice.
